The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the shopping district and central Jakarta roundabout. It's a wonderful and impressive choice for a hotel in Jakarta.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Thamrin City Trade Mall. The hotel is conveniently close to shopping malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The rooms had the best views, especially around the Bunderan HI area.

The stay at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is first-rate and extremely comfy, especially the king room. The location is strategic and exceptionally nice, perfect for walking around a luxury mall. The Lyon restaurant is beautiful with its flower decorations, and we enjoyed an authentic lunch there.

They upgraded my room to view the famous Jakarta roundabout. My flight back to KL was cancelled, and the staff was extremely helpful to help me contact my airline to make other arrangements.

Simply, I missed being in it when I left. Also, I booked a "Deluxe Double" and when I arraived there, they gave me an "Executive Suite" for the same rate.

I got great value for my money at Mandarin Oriental. The room was huge with a separate walking closet and big bathtub. The location was convenient with nice malls and restaurants nearby. The staff treated me with exceptional service, they were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
